Colour Changes & Patch Testing

Patch tests are carried out based on the planned colour service discussed at the time of booking.

If you choose to change your colour service, shade, or technique at your appointment, a new patch test may be required. If this is the case, your colour service may need to be rescheduled to ensure your safety.

This includes changes such as adding a toner, changing colour depth or tone, or switching to a different colouring method.

Thank you for understanding that this policy is in place to protect your health and ensure the best possible results.
